Q: Do I have to use Paypal?
NO. You actually have a few options, however for online transactions Paypal is the easiest and safest. You can use most debit and credit cards, bank transfers and more using Paypal.
If you are more comfortable using other methods, you can print off the order form below and email, fax or post the completed form to me. Payments can then be made using direct debit (australia only) cheque (australia only) or cash (if you live locally). Please call or email with any further questions.

Q: Am I going to be charged GST on top of the advertised price?
NO. Flowers in Love is a small business dedicated to weddings. I earn less than the ATO threshold for compulsory GST registration, and have decided not to voluntarily register. I expect this will change in the not-to-distant future, so make the most of a rare GST-free shopping opportunity while you can!
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most pieces are made-to-order, so please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be carefully handmade. Some items need to be shipped from overseas, which in rare cases can take longer. I make every reasonable attempt to have your order in your hands within the 4-6 week time frame!
I always post Express Post within Australia (as it generally gets to you quicker and can be tracked), with your order very thoughtfully packed in custom boxes and padding. I will email you to confirm parcel is in the post. Australia Post estimates 2-7 working days to deliver once posted; depending on destination. If you require your order urgently, contact me for priority service.

If you have recieved an offer with a voucher code, you have en exclusive offer that can only be used with that code. Print the order form (below) and fill out all sections. Make sure you fill in the section for your code! I will contact you (make sure you provide and email address) to confirm which item of jewellery you would like to use the voucher for.
RFDS BRIDAL EXPO - If you recieved a voucher after entering the draw, you are entitled to a free pair of matching earrings with every necklace purchased. The offer is limited to 5 free pairs of earrings (with 5 necklaces purchased). The conditions are:
* Earrings must be the matching set to the necklace
* You can still request any colour combinations for the jewellery ordered
* Custom alterations or bespoke designs are not valid for this voucher
* Offer is not able to be combined with the 5% set discount - if you want the set, you can purchase with the standard set discount, or the necklace and bracelet with free earrings (not both).

Q: How does the voucher work?

YES. Most of my designs are able to be made using Vermeil instead of Sterling Silver. Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is Sterling Silver electroplated (much better & thicker than gold-plating) with 24 carat gold. This gives you the look of solid high-carat gold at an affordable price. Vermeil is made entirely of precious metals.
A this stage, Flowers in Love only creates Vermeil pieces on request. Vermeil does cost a bit more than Sterling Silver, so please ask for a quote. As most of my Vermeil beads are custom orders, a minimum purchase of AU$200.00 is required to request Vermeil jewellery. For any questions or quotes, please use the contact form.

Q: I am after a nice gift for a friend's birthday - do you anything for that?
YES! All Flowers in Love jewellery is designed not only for weddings, but also to look great anytime! Feel free to order any of the jewellery for any occasion, whether is be an anniversary, birthday, or any occasion. My jewellery is beautifully packaged in gift boxes with just my business name, with the lingo 'Beautiful Jewellery' (and a sparkly crystal!) - i.e. nothing that indicates weddings. I can also hand-stamp messages, scriptures, or anything else that will make your gift that extra bit special.
I have a few other jewellery collections in planning stages, and they will probably be available sometime over the next 12-24 months. They include a line of inspirational Scripture-based jewellery, and a colourful gemstone fashion line. Keep an eye out for them!

Q: What about Men's jewellery - can you do that?
At this stage I am busy enough with you Girls....! I will possibly be offering some Men's jewellery in the future, but not at the moment - sorry!
