Event Hire
BOOKING: Found something you love? get in touch so we can make sure your item is available and advise you as to the hire options for that item

DIY: Full service clients (flowers + hire items + on-the-day setup/design service) clients will always have priority for booking Flowers in Love's hire items.  However if they are not being booked by clients, some of our hire items are available as a DIY setup for the creative bride or party planner on a budget. These are to be picked up and returned to Flowers in Love by appointment. Alternatively you may like to employ the experienced skills of our stylists to setup, style & dismantle hire items to take the stress away from friends/family on the day. Please note there are some larger and more delicate items that can only be hired out along with our stylist setup/packdown services (this service is only available when there are no floral clients booked). DIY pickup/return items require a bond which is reimbursed when items are returned clean & unbroken after inspection.

MINIMUM HIRE FEES: Please note there is no minimum for DIY, client-pickup-and-return orders. For hire-only bookings where the client requires Flowers in Love to deliver & pickup, the minimum hire fee is $300 not including transport fees or setup/stylist fees. Hire items are booked for a maximum of a 4 day period.

STYLIST FEES: For bookings $300+ (and only available when there are no floral client bookings), Flowers in Love may be available to setup/style and dismantle the hire goods so all that you and your guests need to do is turn up to everything looking beautiful at your ceremony, reception or party. Minimum 2 hours charge applies. Ask us for a stylist labour quote once you have decided on your decor.
